Check In: 15:00 hrs.
Check Out: 12:00 hrs.

Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 2 days before arrival date to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of a No Show, a one night charge will apply.

Extra person Policy:
2 extra persons are accepted per room, paying $150.00 Mexican pesos per each extra person.

Kids Policy:
12 years old or older count as an adult, and in case the family is composed by 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years old, they will be charged the equivalent to one extra person.

Pets Policy:
We allow pets.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will receive free transportation to the new hotel.

The guest shall be able to make at least one phone call to home or office.
